Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian baked goods including cakes, cookies, and pastries.

Whenever possible, we source our ingredients locally to support our community and ensure the freshest possible ingredients.

Yes! We try and have a wide variety of options for everyone. Should you have any restrictions please inform us and we can see about modifications or recommendations to your order.

We ask that all orders be at least seven days before the needed date to ensure that we have openings available.

Ordering & Design Confirmation 

All custom orders are discussed and confirmed prior to payment. This includes size, design, flavors, fillings, and overall style. Once an order is confirmed and invoiced, it is considered agreed upon by both parties. 

Sizing & Servings 

Cake sizes are discussed at the time of ordering. Visual designs (including tiered or decorative elements) may affect how large a cake appears, but do not change the confirmed size or serving estimate.

Custom Work 

All cakes are custom-made to order. Variations in decoration, color, and artistic details may occur, as each item is handcrafted. 

Payments 

Full payment (or required deposit) is due to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. 

Cancellations & Refunds 

Due to the custom nature of our products and the cost of ingredients and labor: 

Deposits are non-refundable 

Completed orders are not eligible for full refunds 

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in rare circumstances 

Taste & Preference 

Flavor is subjective. While we strive for high-quality, delicious products, refunds are not issued based on personal taste preferences. 

Order Issues 

Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of pickup. We are always happy to review and discuss concerns, but resolution options remain at our discretion.
